| 介绍 | C-TEC™ FR Z20S is advanced flame retardant synergist technology. Incorporating Marshall Additives Technologies (MAT) proprietary product design, C-TEC FR Z20S is a lower cost, lower antimony-containing synergist product which can provide all the performance of 100% antimony oxide but at a cost reduction of up to 50% or more depending on the formulation and application. C-TEC FR Z20S is not only more cost/performance effective, it often imparts a smoke advantage as well. APPLICATIONS: Below is a sample PVC formulation comparison of antimony oxide and C-TEC FR Z20S. This is a flexible PVC formulation which might typically be used for a Riser Cable Jacket application. 100 phr PVC, 45 phr DINP Plasticizer, 8 phr Brominated DOP, 70 phr ATH, 4 phr CaZn stabilizer Oxygen Index 10 parts Antimony Trioxide 38.5 10 parts C-TEC FR Z20S 39.4 Oxygen Index values at this level are considered equivalent. Again, the advantage in the C-TEC FR Z20S formulation is the significant cost reduction and there is also a demonstrated reduction in smoke density of 300 times (per NBS testing).
