| 介绍 | MINBLOC® Engineered Thermal Fillers are produced from uniquely occurring sodium-potassium-alumino- silicate feedstock. With a refractive index that essentially matches the host plastic, MINBLOC additions will maximize transmittance of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) to accelerate plant growth. Total light transmittance of MINBLOC containing films remains above 90%, even when loading levels are increased beyond the traditional 10% threshold. Engineered for incorporation into single resin, copolymer or blended LDPE, LLDPE or EVA horticultural films, fruit, vegetable and ornamental plant production will benefit from MINBLOC additions. MINBLOC® exhibits strong infrared reflection properties in the 1400 - 700 cm -1 wavelength region to reduce heat loss by as much as 74% compared to unfilled systems. This retained infrared energy increases night temperatures for optimal growth, extends the growing season and reduces space-heating requirements. Due to its low surface area, low porosity and a non-reactive chemistry, MINBLOC will not interfere with HALS type stabilizers nor absorb other process additives. Precise particle size control ensures that MINBLOC will not adversely impact tensile strength or other film mechanical properties. Chemical purity, including low iron and transition metal content, minimizes catalyzed photodegredation to extend field service lifetimes. All MINBLOC® grades are processed and refined with rigid adherence to QIP and/or ISO 9001 quality assurance programs. |
