| 介绍 | Product Profile B11 is a high-efficient anti-yellowing agent used in hardener. It should be put in shading place, avoiding direct sunshine. Application scope and recommendation dosage B11 is Gear to the production of water white polyurethane curing resin, acrylic resin and alkyd. When applied to TDI-TMP-based curing agent can be more effective and reliable to ensure the process does not occur in response to the phenomenon of yellowing, but also in the process of elimination of storage yellowing phenomenon and poor solvent formation during dilution the yellowing additives can prevent TDI curing agent formed during ,manufacture and storage capacity of color groups, with inhibition of most of the curing agent causes the formation of TDI yellowing of the metal ion abilities. Meanwhile, it has a certain ability to absorb ultraviolet light, so that the effect of similar additives is generally 3~5 times. When used in the polymerization of acrylic resin, it can prevent the process of syntheses agents and solvents for polymerization of metal ions with yellowing, to ensure a transparent acrylic resin. When used in PU system and amino alkyd resin, it can prevent the process of synthesis and storage due to oxygen, light and metal ion to form the image of the yellow changed to ensure that the characteristics of light color products. Suggest addition 1% of the solid weight to paint production will delay the time of yellowing. |
