| 介绍 | Description Tris (1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) Phosphate (TDCPP) and its blends are used as flame retardants in the manufacture of polyurethane foam. Purpose TDCPP and its blends are additives that are used to make flexible polyurethane foams flame retardant. The halogenated phosphates are both vapor phase and solid phase agents. During combustion, the phosphate forms a char layer on the surface of the foam, acting as an insulator for the remaining material. The halogen component interferes with flame propagation in the vapor phase. Application TDCPP and its blends are flame retardants used in the manufacture of flexible slab-stock foam. These compounds can also be used as flame retardants for epoxy resins, phenolics and unsaturated polyester resins. Advantages Gulbrandsen can provide either pure or dilute mixtures of TDCPP with other halogenated and non-halogenated flame retardants to allow manufacturers to achieve the California TB117 and automotive FMVSS302 flammability tests.
