| 介绍 | 3B Direct Rovings consist of continuous filaments bonded into a single strand. They are produced by pulling glass directly from the bushing and direct winding it into a cylindrical bobbin. A proprietary sizing system ensures an excellent resin-to-glass binding through the uniform distribution at the surface of the glass. SE 4220 Direct Roving is specifically designed for reinforcing PP resins. It is suitable for various LFT processes (Pellets, D-LFT, ...). The product is designed for providing an optimal balance of bundle strength and fibre wetting for easy processing and minimum fuzz/dusts at process contact points. The coating is also tailored for excellent bundle spread ability, which is of prime importance in PP pultrusion or modified wire coating processes.
